Returns
Returning products purchased from Confi.care is simple. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll work together to find a solution. Below are the details for returns, claims, and your right of withdrawal.
Claims
If there is a defect or fault with the product, it is considered a claim. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. In cases of claims, we will cover the return shipping costs by sending you a return label that you can print and attach to the package. Claims should always be made in writing.
Please note that if the product has been excessively used or is not used according to its intended function, the two-year warranty period may be void. We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations. If the product shows visible damage or defects that are clearly not caused by mishandling, we will provide you with a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Norwegian law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product(s).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- The original tags and packaging must still be intact, and no seals should be broken.
- The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- If the product(s) do not meet these conditions, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply. Any products sent back to us that do not comply with these terms will be returned to the buyer.
If the conditions are met, you may exchange the item for another variant or product, or you may return the item for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days.
For quicker processing of exchanges, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired variant or product from our online store. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when exchanging or returning items. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us safely. In cases of claims or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. Please reach out to us in such cases.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact us to initiate the process. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order directly for the desired product. By doing so, we can expedite the exchange process and ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible. The return shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that have been used, altered, or not in the same condition as they were when received. We also cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made products.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If the refund is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure that the return is successfully delivered. Confi.care is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
