Terms of service
1. Agreement
When you complete a purchase with us, the agreement is binding between you, the customer, and Safe4 Care AS, effective from the moment your order is received. The agreement consists of this document and the information on the website.
Parties
In this agreement, "seller" and "buyer" refer to the parties. The seller may also be referred to as "we" or "us," and the buyer as "you" or "your."

The consumer who is named as the buyer in the order or the consumer who places the order.
2. Product Range
The seller will provide as much relevant information about each product as possible, including features and sizes. The seller offers a varying selection of products and is not responsible for the choice of colors or sizes. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product’s features and appearance. The seller has developed a size guide intended to assist with the selection of products. The risk of the product passes to the buyer once the buyer has received the item(s).
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include VAT. We have no hidden costs, and before finalizing the purchase, you will be informed of the total cost, including any shipping fees, payment fees, or packaging charges.
4. Payment
We offer payment by credit or debit card on our website. Your payment information is encrypted using Level 1 PCI DSS and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and is stored with AES 256 encryption.
We use Stripe as our payment provider for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Klarna), you can read their privacy policy here. In addition we are using Vipps, their privacy policy is available here.
5. Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, the email address you entered during checkout is likely incorrect, or it may have ended up in your spam folder. Upon receiving the order confirmation, you should check it for accuracy. If you didn’t receive it or if it’s incorrect, please contact customer service immediately.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is fixed and costs 89 NOK. After your order is registered, you will receive an order confirmation (see point 5), and your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after the confirmation is received. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days in Norway, but it may take an extra day or two depending on the distance.
7. Risk of the Product
The risk of the product passes to the buyer when the buyer, or the buyer's representative, has received the product(s) at the desired delivery address.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Under Norwegian law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
For you to use the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must apply:
- The product(s) must not have been used or washed and must be in their original condition.
- The tags must not have been removed.
- If the product(s) do not meet our conditions, the right of withdrawal will not apply. Products sent to us that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the buyer.
You can exchange the product for another variant or product, or you can return it for a full refund. The refund will be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
For faster processing of exchanges, we recommend you place a new order for the desired variant or product from our online store. When exchanging or returning products, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as you, the customer, are responsible for ensuring the return shipment reaches us. In case of a claim or if we mistakenly sent the wrong product, we will, of course, cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us in such cases.

9. Claims
If there is a defect or fault with the product, it is considered a claim. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label. Claims should be made in writing. If the product has been used extensively or not used according to its intended purpose, the two-year warranty period may no longer apply.
10. Your Rights in Case of Delay
Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days, but in some cases, 1-2 extra days may be needed. In busy periods, additional delivery time of up to 2 weeks may be required. If your order has not been delivered within the agreed time, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with consumer purchase laws unless otherwise agreed.
11. Defects in the Product – Buyer’s Rights and Claim Period
As long as you have handled the product in accordance with our washing and care instructions, and the product has a defect that is not caused by the buyer, you have the right to demand repair or replacement, a price reduction, compensation, or cancellation of the purchase. You must notify us about the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Claims must be made in writing.
12. Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer’s Breach
If the buyer fails to pay or fulfill their obligations under the agreement or the law, and this is not due to the seller’s fault, the seller may, according to the rules in the consumer purchase law, withhold the product, demand performance of the agreement, cancel the agreement, and claim compensation from the buyer. The seller may also, under certain circumstances, claim interest on delayed payments, collection fees, and a reasonable fee for uncollected goods.
13. Warranty
The warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those already provided by law. A warranty does not limit the buyer’s right to claims for defects or delays according to points 9 and 11. Safe4 Care AS currently does not offer any additional warranties beyond what is required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Errors
Safe4 Care AS reserves the right to make changes in prices and out-of-stock products, as well as typographical and other technical errors. The website and its contents may change without notice.
15. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time as per points 9 and 11. The parties should attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
